Dr. Uhl is a pediatric psychologist who specializes in pain management and coping with chronic illness. She completed her undergraduate education at Brown University in Providence, RI where she graduated with a degree in Biology. Dr. Uhl attended graduate school for Clinical Psychology at the University at Albany, SUNY. She completed a one year internship in Pediatric Behavioral Medicine at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL and a 2 year fellowship through the Pain Treatment Service at Boston Children's Hospital . Her research focuses on individual differences in pediatric procedural outcomes.
