Approach to Care
Jennifer’s philosophy centers on helping children feel heard, understood, supported, and confident in who they are. She believes that when children are given safe access, nurturing relationships, practical coping skills, and opportunities to build resilience, they are better able to thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. Her approach emphasizes collaboration with families and caregivers, recognizing that strong partnerships between home, school, and community are essential to supporting each child’s growth and well-being.
