Dr. Velasco earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and her medical degree at the University of Vermont College of Medicine in Burlington Vermont. She completed her pediatrics residency at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield MA. Dr. Velasco is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society. Dr. Velasco joined Pediatric Associates of Hampden County in 2010.
